Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Program Administrator 3 to join our team at the Ohio Department of Developmental Disabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate program activities to ensure effective delivery of services.
  • Develop and implement program policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and address program needs.
  • Provide technical assistance and training to program staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Monitor and evaluate program performance to ensure quality and efficiency.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Criminology, Criminal Justice, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in program management or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Working Conditions

This is a full-time position with a regular schedule. The selected candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment and may be required to travel occasionally.
