Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to join our team at Niagara Bottling. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading and supporting the communication flow to load finished products to trailers and preparing documentation (bill of lading and invoice).

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of shipping and receiving team members to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  • Coordinate the loading of finished products to trailers and prepare necessary documentation.
  • Communicate with carriers to ensure timely and accurate collection and loading of products.
  • Review and analyze data from tracking platforms to optimize operations.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety practices and SQF System requirements.
  • Identify and communicate any deviations, problems, or abnormalities with equipment, processes, or products.
Requirements
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a field or similar manufacturing environment.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a position with people/project management responsibilities.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Outlook, and Oracle.
  • Intermediate knowledge of storage systems.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate with different levels of the organization.
  • Ability to resolve conflicts and analyze information.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 6 years of experience in a field or similar manufacturing environment.
  • 6 years of experience in a position with people/project management responsibilities.

Compensation

$35.35 per hour.
