Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced LPN to join our team as a Physician Practice LPN Leader. This role involves assisting in the design and oversight of efficient patient flow while upholding the highest standards of patient care.
Responsibilities- Assist in the creation and implementation of processes that enhance patient flow and safety
- Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient care
- Utilize EPIC system to manage patient information and coordinate care
- Diploma from an accredited LPN program and current NYS LPN license
- BCLS training and current certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
We provide a competitive salary range of $26.76 - $39.37 per hour, which takes into account factors such as qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience.
