Physician in a Dynamic Family Practice Role

We are seeking an experienced Physician to join our family practice team in the beautiful Adirondack Mountains region. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality patient care and contribute to the success of our practice.
Salary and BenefitsThe successful candidate can expect a competitive MGMA base salary plus RVU, with the potential for additional earnings through quarterly RVU bonuses for productivity above 50% of MGMA standards. We also offer a $25,000 start bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.
Job DescriptionIn this dynamic role, you will work four 10-hour days, Monday to Thursday, with a 40-hour workweek for outpatient practice. Clinic hours are from 8 AM to 5 PM, with an average of 17 patients seen per day by each provider. The hospitalist team manages admissions and codes, allowing you to focus on providing exceptional patient care.
You will have the option to participate in pediatric and adult inpatient rounding, earning additional compensation for your efforts. Our state-of-the-art facilities and supportive team make this an ideal opportunity for physicians seeking a rewarding and challenging career.
LocationOur practice is situated in the foothills of the Adirondack Mountains, approximately 55 miles north of Utica and 80 miles from Syracuse Hancock International Airport (SYR). You will enjoy easy access to nearby cities, including Kingston, ON, CA, and be within a short drive of Montreal and Toronto.
