Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care and support under the supervision of licensed clinicians, including setting up and adjusting exercise equipment, instructing and monitoring exercise performance, and assisting with therapeutic modalities.
- Maintain a clean and organized clinic environment, adhering to cleaning and sanitation protocols, and ensuring equipment is functioning properly.
- Escalate patient concerns and issues to clinicians and the Clinic Director for prompt resolution.
- Greet and interact with patients warmly, promoting an efficient patient intake and registration process, and assisting clinicians with timely scheduling.
- Effectively onboard new patients, including review of relevant paperwork, verification of benefits, and completion of medical forms.
- Assist with patient rescheduling to minimize drop percentage, and provide primary support during the daily patient check-in process.
- High School diploma or equivalent, and/or relevant healthcare experience (Physical Therapist Aide/Technician, Medical Assistant, hospital employment, chiropractic, fitness industry, PT & PTA students).
- Customer Service experience (service industry or administrative role).
- Certified Personal Trainer experience.
- Associates Degree in Health Sciences or Related Field.
