Lightning Mechanical, LLC is seeking a dedicated HVAC Estimating Office Assistant. This role is essential for maintaining efficient office operations and requires a candidate with a strong background in scheduling and confirming appointments, as well as general administrative skills.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage email communications and confirm estimates and appointments.
  • Handle incoming phone calls professionally.
  • Ensure accuracy by matching packing lists with purchase orders.

This is a full-time, on-site position offering a competitive starting wage of $20 per hour, along with comprehensive benefits. The workday consists of 8 hours with a flexible start time between 8:00 AM and 9:00 AM, including some availability for staff meetings in the late afternoon.
