Job Summary

Concentra is seeking a highly skilled Advanced Practice Provider to join our team. As a key member of our medical staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the growth and success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assure personal compliance with licensing, certification, and accrediting bodies.
  • Evaluate and treat patients in accordance with Concentra's medical model.
  • Establish and monitor appropriate levels of care for patients.
  • Complete all medical record documentation prior to the end of the shift.
  • Work with the Center Medical Director to ensure operations are consistent with medical and professional standards of care, association, and Concentra.
  • Recommend potential growth opportunities for new or existing services within the Center.
  • Meet with Concentra's Medical Director or designate to discuss quality of patient care, review policies, procedures, outcomes reports, and records.
  • Participate in quality management processes, including encouragement of clinical support staff to assure proficiency in the delivery of clinical support activities.
  • Call client representatives following employee treatment for initial injury and/or at any significant change in status.
  • Call patients to ensure their well-being as needed following center visits.
  • In the absence of the Center Medical Director, provide guidance to other medical personnel and center colleagues.
Requirements
  • Licensure requirements of the state of jurisdiction.
  • Graduation from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program or an accredited PA program or an accredited university.
  • Procedural skills are a plus.
  • Minimum of two years of clinical experience in a primary care specialty and/or occupational medicine.
  • Must be proficient with basic suturing/laceration repairs and basic X-ray reads.
  • Must be comfortable seeing a pediatric patient demographic two years and older.
Compensation

This position is eligible to earn an hourly rate in the range of $70.00 to $80.00 depending on job-related factors as permitted by applicable law, such as level of experience, geographic location where the work is performed, and/or seniority.
