Overview

Concentra, a leading healthcare company, is seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide exceptional patient care. Responsibilities
  • Ensure compliance with licensing, certification, and accrediting bodies.
  • Evaluate and treat patients in accordance with Concentra's medical model.
  • Establish and monitor the level of care for patients.
  • Complete medical record documentation prior to the end of each shift.
  • Collaborate with the Center Medical Director to ensure operations meet medical and professional standards.
  • Recommend opportunities for new or existing services within the Center.
  • Participate in quality management processes and encourage clinical support staff to deliver high-quality care.
  • Communicate with clients and patients to ensure their well-being.
Qualifications
  • Licensure requirements of the state of jurisdiction.
  • Graduation from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program or an accredited PA program.
  • Minimum of two years of clinical experience in a primary care specialty and/or occupational medicine.
  • Proficiency in basic suturing, laceration repairs, and X-ray reads.
Compensation

This position is eligible for an hourly rate in the range of $70.00 to $80.00, depending on job-related factors.
