Safavieh Home is seeking a highly motivated and organized Design Consultant and Salesperson to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a self-starter with a passion for continuous learning and professional development.
Responsibilities:- Maintain a professional appearance consistent with our established dress code and image guidelines
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Work one weekend day a week
- Lead and motivate team members to achieve goals and drive growth and profitability
- 2 years of retail furniture experience in a high-end store (Preferred)
- Proven track record of success in sales
- Retail Interior Design experience is highly preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask
- $65,000 - $110,000.00
- Full-time position
- Benefits: medical, vision, dental, 401k (with 2% match)
