About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Professional to join our team at New York Life. As a Sales Professional, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying their financial needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet those needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, including current and prospective customers
  • Conduct needs assessments and provide financial solutions to meet client needs
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. business, finance, marketing)
  • 2+ years of sales experience in a related industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
