About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager, Reporting to join our Commercial Excellence team in the US. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring sales force productivity, assessment, and insights.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage incentive compensation and reporting for the US Commercial Excellence team.
  • Support sales strategy and marketing initiatives by providing data-driven insights and recommendations.
  • Contribute to commercial data strategy and development of data management capabilities.
  • Partner with internal and external IT teams to identify and drive operational efficiencies.
  • Manage and analyze large, complex data sets to produce reports and analyses that capture insights into business performance.
  • Escalate key issues and conduct detailed analytics to make recommendations.
  • Develop and maintain sales performance scorecards and identify key performance metrics.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, mathematics, or statistics.
  • 7+ years of relevant commercial operations experience with demonstrated success in sales operations.
  • Experience diagnosing and resolving complex issues.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience with data management tools such as VEEVA, PowerBI, SAS, and Tableau.
  • Working knowledge of pharmaceutical data sources such as IQVIA, NSP, DDD, Dx/LRx, and OneKey.
