Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair lift trucks and related products.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and a strong work ethic.
Safety First:
- Adhere to and promote safety protocols.
- Document and evaluate the condition of equipment related to repairs not included in the initial quote.
- Perform only those repairs explicitly authorized by the equipment owner.
Qualifications:
- Familiarity with engines, transmissions, hydraulics, electrical systems, fuel systems, and charging systems is advantageous.
- Must possess personal tools; assistance for tool purchases is available.
- A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are required.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.
Work Environment:
- Standard hours are Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., with potential overtime as needed. This is an hourly, non-exempt role.
