Survey Crew Chief

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Survey Crew Chief to join our team at The Kleingers Group. As a Survey Crew Chief, you will be responsible for leading a team of surveyors in the field, ensuring accurate and efficient data collection, and providing exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of surveyors in the field, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Ensure accurate and efficient data collection, using a variety of surveying equipment and techniques.
• Develop and implement survey plans, ensuring compliance with company standards and client requirements.
• Collaborate with other departments, including design and construction, to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Provide exceptional client service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in land surveying, with a strong background in surveying equipment and techniques.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
• Valid driver's license, with a clean driving record.
