Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Novant Health. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care under the direction of a Registered Nurse.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional patient care, ensuring the highest level of satisfaction and well-being.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective care plans.
  • Conduct thorough assessments, identify patient needs, and provide individualized care.
  • Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as directed by a Registered Nurse.
  • Document patient information, progress, and outcomes accurately and efficiently.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program required.
  • Current LPN licensure in the state of North Carolina required.
  • One year of experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
