Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Novant Health. As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to a positive patient experience.

About the Role:

The Licensed Practical Nurse will work collaboratively with our healthcare team to deliver exceptional patient care. This includes:

  • Providing direct patient care and support
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Monitoring patient progress and adjusting care plans as needed
  • Communicating effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Graduation from an accredited Practical Nursing Program
  • One year of relevant experience (preferred)
  • Appropriate state LPN license
  • Strong computer skills and phone call etiquette
