A successful Auto Service Excellence Coordinator at Lake City Auto Care is responsible for the effective operation of the Hayden location, ensuring that our daily operations are delivering expected sales volume and customer service results.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing the daily operations to ensure seamless service delivery and maximize customer satisfaction.
  • Meeting sales and profitability objectives through effective management of resources, strategic planning, and creative problem-solving.
  • Creating and ensuring an environment of superior customer service by actively listening to customers, identifying and addressing their needs, and providing personalized solutions.
  • Ensuring that policies and standards are reflected in all areas of service center operations, communications, and staffing, upholding our reputation as a trusted and reliable automotive service provider.
  • Maintaining an organized and efficient daily schedule to ensure timely completion of tasks and maximize productivity.

As an Auto Service Excellence Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Verify warranty and service contract coverage to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain accurate records.
  • Identify automotive issues by actively listening to customer descriptions, checking maintenance records, and examining service schedules, providing expert advice and solutions.
  • Coordinate with Technicians to ensure comprehensive servicing of customer vehicles, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Create detailed repair orders outlining symptoms, problems, causes, and necessary repairs, providing clear and concise documentation.
  • Establish and maintain strong customer relationships by explaining estimates, setting expectations for vehicle return, and addressing concerns promptly, building trust and loyalty.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements through educational opportunities, staying ahead of the curve and delivering innovative solutions.
  • Uphold the organization's reputation by taking ownership of tasks and seeking ways to enhance job performance, demonstrating a commitment to excellence and continuous improvement.

The estimated salary for this position is around $55,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
