About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Executive Sales and Marketing Professional to join our team at Re-nu. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging in outside business development, requiring over 50% of work hours away from the office.

Job Description

As a National Account Executive, you will market Renu's services to clients such as Property Managers, Asset Managers, and Owner/Operators. Your primary focus will be on developing and maintaining strong relationships with these clients to drive sales growth and increase revenue.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Understanding of construction materials and practices.
  • Able to work on multiple projects at once and manage time effectively.
  • Develops, maintains, and implements individual marketing plans.
  • Attends and assists with Re-nu's sponsored events, including tradeshows and social events.
  • Collaborates with internal departments to ensure requests are addressed.
  • Documents and maintains field work and activity through Dynamics.
  • Represents the company to ensure demands are met with a focus on improving the customer experience.
  • Collects and analyzes data on consumer behavior to understand changing needs.
  • Generates business leads and promotes Re-nu's national presence.

In addition, you will be expected to:

  • Work closely with the sales team to develop and implement strategic sales plans.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 3-4 years of executive sales or marketing experience required.
  • High School diploma or equivalent, college preferred.
  • Experience in the Renovation and Construction industry preferred but not required.
  • Must have reliable transportation.
  • Must be able to work effectively and efficiently in a dynamic environment.
  • Highly proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Detail-oriented, excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to travel within the United States, with overnight travel required at least 20% of the time.
Compensation

The estimated salary for this role is $80,000-$110,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401k with employer match, and unlimited PTO.
