Position Overview

  • Assist in achieving the annual savings targets set by the Global Strategic Sourcing team.

  • Carry out procurement activities based on organizational needs, including market analyses, benchmarking, sourcing events, supplier negotiations, and ongoing supplier relationship management.
  • Facilitate communication and coordination across various teams to meet procurement project objectives.
  • Manage project timelines and maintain regular communication with internal stakeholders.
  • Utilize sourcing tools to:
    • Provide savings reports and updates to leadership.
    • Measure project performance using the project management tool.
    • Integrate E-auction and RFX technologies into the sourcing process.
Candidate Profile
  • 3-5 years of experience in indirect category sourcing across diverse spend categories such as HR, Professional Services, Travel, IT, Marketing, and Logistics.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills.
  • Familiarity with E-auction processes.
  • Experience in negotiation and conflict resolution.
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Sound business judgment, with an ability to foresee the impact of decisions and initiatives.
  • Capacity to act as a change agent, showing resilience when facing challenges.
  • Experience in business process improvement and strategy projects.
  • Adept at managing multiple priorities concurrently.
  • Team-oriented, with the ability to integrate various perspectives to achieve category goals.
