The estimated salary for this position is $70,000 - $90,000 per annum.

Job Responsibilities
  • Supports and executes payroll processing and taxation forms, and maintains employee data.
  • Handles payroll questions and completes other variable tasks necessary for monitoring the payroll process.
  • Maintains vacation, sick leave, and worker's compensation records.

Key responsibilities include:

* Ensuring compliance to internal controls and adhering to company policies relating to processing of wages and paid time off

* Processing payroll accurately using appropriate software to ensure compliance, accuracy, and efficiency

* Managing time and attendance, and processing all adjustments, wage garnishments, and exceptions as they arise

* Preparing and reviewing manual checks and off-cycle payrolls for accuracy

* Providing support to employees for any concerns regarding payroll and taxes, and troubleshoots all inquiries

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Typically requires a minimum of 2 - 4 years of related experience

- Ultipro/UKG, SAP or similar ERP experience preferred

- Working knowledge of accounting principles and payroll-related journal entries

- Able to efficiently manage multiple priorities and time sensitive deadlines

- Intermediate level proficiency with MS Office applications, especially Excel

- Strong working knowledge of FLSA, payroll practices and multi-state labor & compliance guidelines
