About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Advisor I to join our Customer Resolution Team in Loveland, CO. As a Technical Advisor I, you will be responsible for providing world-class service and support to all internal and external customers via the contact center.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle basic incoming technical and customer support questions from internal and external customers, providing prompt and accurate answers.
  • Identify and manage customer escalations, utilizing cross-functional relationships to negotiate 'win-win' solutions.
  • Provide efficient technical troubleshooting support on testing systems and Hach chemistry methods.
  • Act as a liaison between Technical Support and all cross-functional departments to relay Voice of Customer (VOC) and drive continuous improvement.
  • Identify sales opportunities and submit leads to drive appropriate up-sell and cross-sell opportunities to the customer.
Requirements
  • BA or BS degree preferred.
  • Electrical and mechanical aptitude.
  • 1+ years' experience in customer service, technical support, field service. Prior call center experience helpful.
  • Experience in one or more of Hach's key markets (drinking water, wastewater, and industrial) preferred.
  • Demonstrated computer proficiency.
  • Experience with Salesforce and/or Oracle (ERP) would be an asset.
Compensation and Benefits

The compensation range for this role is $26.00 USD per hour. This job is also eligible for Bonus Pay. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits, including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, and 401(k), to eligible employees.
