Position Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Client Relations Specialist to enhance our front-of-house operations. The ideal candidate will possess excellent multitasking abilities, outstanding customer service skills, and a commitment to accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcoming clients and managing a multi-line phone system.
  • Scheduling appointments and handling cash transactions with precision.
  • Maintaining medical records and ensuring effective communication.
  • Keeping client-facing areas clean, organized, and welcoming.
  • Demonstrating proficiency in software applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
