Overview

International Friendships, Inc. (IFI) is seeking a highly motivated and spiritually gifted individual to serve as a Ministry Leader in Waco, Texas. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for establishing a strong presence on the Baylor University campus, building relationships with university staff, church partners, and volunteers, and mobilizing others to host Bible discussion groups and organize cultural events.

Responsibilities

  • Establish a strong presence on the Baylor University campus through relationship-building and outreach efforts
  • Mobilize volunteers to host Bible discussion groups and organize cultural events
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with university staff, church partners, and volunteers
  • Secure financial and prayer support for the ministry
  • Ensure IFI is recognized as a student organization on campus

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in ministry, training, and mobilization
  • Cross-cultural experience preferred
  • A college degree preferred
  • Strong character and commitment to extending God's love globally

Benefits

  • Salary range: $25,709 to $80,000, contingent on funding
