We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Ministry Leader to join our team at International Friendships, Inc. in Waco, Texas. As a key member of our ministry team, you will be responsible for establishing a strong presence on the Baylor University campus, building relationships with university staff and church partners, and mobilizing others to host Bible discussion groups and organize cultural events.
Key Responsibilities- Establish a strong presence on the Baylor University campus through relationship-building and outreach efforts
- Mobilize volunteers to host Bible discussion groups and organize cultural events
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with university staff and church partners
- Secure financial and prayer support for the ministry
- Ensure that International Friendships, Inc. is recognized as a student organization on campus
- Proven experience in ministry, training, and mobilization
- Cross-cultural experience preferred
- A college degree preferred
- Strong character and commitment to extending God's love globally
- Flexible full or part-time options
- Training in personal fundraising
- Salary range: $25,709 to $80,000 depending on experience and funding
