Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement culinary programs that align with our company's strategic objectives
- Lead a team of executive chefs to ensure consistency and quality across all locations

- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and industry partners
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our culinary programs remain competitive and innovative
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in culinary leadership, with a proven track record of success in developing and implementing culinary programs
- Strong business acumen and ability to drive revenue growth and improve operational efficiency
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of executive chefs
- Ability to travel up to 65% of the time, with occasional overnight stays
