Position Overview:

We are in search of a proficient Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP Administrator who possesses extensive hands-on experience and a comprehensive understanding of diverse Oracle Fusion Cloud modules. This role is integral to our expanding team, tasked with the upkeep and support of all facets of the Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP applications. The ideal candidate will exhibit strong collaborative skills, working effectively with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the customization of the Oracle ERP system to ensure it aligns with business needs and objectives.
  • Configure and adapt the ERP system to cater to specific organizational workflows and requirements.
  • Ensure the continuous operation of the ERP system to enhance business processes and improve operational efficiency.
  • Maintain the integrity of ERP data, ensuring its accuracy and completeness.
  • Deliver training and support to end-users, fostering user engagement and proficiency in the ERP system.
  • Manage user accounts, roles, and permissions within Oracle Fusion applications.
  • Monitor system performance, addressing and resolving issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with IT personnel to guarantee seamless application integration.
  • Engage in the planning and implementation of system upgrades and patches.
  • Provide on-call support for critical system issues as necessary.
  • Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging technologies related to Oracle Fusion.

Qualifications:

  • Proficient knowledge of Fusion modules, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Project Management, General Accounting, Procurement, Inventory Management, Contract Management, and Intercompany Accounting.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience with Oracle Cloud ERP.

Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities are essential.

  • Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), Oracle Cloud Platform, and Oracle Cloud services is advantageous.

Exceptional communication and collaboration skills are necessary to effectively train and support end-users.

  • Ability to work autonomously, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple responsibilities concurrently.
  • Demonstrated capability to configure and customize the ERP system to fulfill business requirements.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to address system issues effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to train and support end-users effectively.
