Position Title: Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the successful execution of HVAC and plumbing contracts, ensuring compliance with client specifications.
  • Interpret and communicate project plans and specifications effectively.
  • Develop and track financial forecasts and budgets throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Manage contracts to fulfill all obligations and achieve financial targets.
  • Coordinate all project activities, including turnover meetings, scope management, and construction scheduling.
  • Maintain strong client relationships while managing job costs and controlling expenses.
  • Supervise project staff, providing guidance and technical direction to ensure task completion.
  • Delegate major assignments to supervisory personnel and prioritize maintenance tasks.
  • Offer recommendations for hiring, promotions, and staff terminations.
  • Advise clients on construction-related issues and potential challenges.
  • Authorize purchases and payments for equipment and subcontractor services.
  • Facilitate procurement of materials and services through established channels.
  • Act as a liaison among owners, architects, engineers, general contractors, and subcontractors.
  • Maintain accurate records and controls to ensure effective project management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in project management is required.
  • Proficient in CAD/CAM and BIM software.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Exceptional prioritization and project development capabilities.
  • Solid mathematical and problem-solving skills.
