Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Ophthalmic Technician to join our team at Froedtert Health. As a key member of our eye care team, you will be responsible for performing ocular examinations and procedures, assisting providers with patient care, and maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities
  • Perform a variety of ocular examinations and procedures
  • Assist providers with patient care and daily operating functions
  • Maintain accurate records and coordinate patient flow
  • Assist in educational and technical training sessions
  • Other duties as assigned
Requirements
  • Minimum 12 months of prior experience as an Ophthalmic/Optometric Tech
  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider (BLS) or equivalent required within 90 days
