Job Overview

Dakota Vision Center is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Optometric Technician to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Triage and Patient Preparation: Conduct thorough medical history and entrance testing for patients prior to their appointment with the doctor.
  2. Ophthalmic Medical Testing: Perform a range of tests, including OCT, Visual Field, Photography, and Topography, to aid in the diagnosis and treatment of eye conditions.
  3. Electronic Prescription Management: Accurately manage and process electronic pharmaceutical prescriptions.
  4. Patient Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule and coordinate patient care with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless and efficient treatment.
  5. Contact Lens Assistance: Provide support and assistance with specialty contact lens fittings and care.
