Our mission is to help every child reach their greatest potential. We offer a great training model for new grads or experienced Occupational Therapists looking to work in a creative and fun environment.

We are committed to helping you grow professionally and personally. You will have opportunities to collaborate with multiple disciplines, including PT, ST, and ABA, while receiving supervision and support from our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individual treatment sessions, group classes, and evaluations as part of our dynamic treatment approach
  • Attend weekly department meetings, supervision meetings, and participate in our mentorship program
  • Utilize therapy aides to assist with daily tasks and focus on delivering exceptional patient care

Requirements:

  • Current license for Occupational Therapy in Arizona (or willingness to obtain one)
  • Willingness to relocate to Phoenix, Arizona

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience
