The S/L/A/M Collaborative is seeking talented Project Architects with 5-10 years of professional experience. Ideal candidates will demonstrate the ability to follow guidance, work autonomously, collaborate effectively, adapt to changing project requirements, and deliver high-quality work within established timelines.

As a Project Architect, you will undertake essential architectural tasks under the mentorship of senior architects. Your responsibilities will include producing work based on existing designs, gathering data, performing design calculations, and preparing architectural drawings and visualizations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate consistently with project teams and internal stakeholders;
  • Develop and articulate design concepts swiftly to meet project deadlines;
  • Participate in client meetings both in-house and at various locations;
  • Address the needs of internal and external clients effectively;
  • Foster positive communication and collaboration with colleagues and clients;
  • Consult with manufacturers and assess materials as needed;
  • May involve drafting architectural specifications;

Essential Skills:

  • Proficiency in Revit is essential;
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work independently and collaboratively within a team, while adeptly managing evolving project directives;
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities;
  • Highly motivated team player capable of managing multiple tasks, collaborating with diverse teams, and thriving under deadlines;
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Licensure is preferred but not mandatory.

Candidates should possess 5-10 years of relevant post-degree experience, with a focus on project management and design/construction documentation. Strong technical skills, leadership capabilities, and client relationship management in the healthcare sector are highly valued.
