Job Summary:

The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing projects from start to finish, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead and motivate a team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Lead and manage project teams, including engineers, technicians, and other support staff
  • Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met
  • Monitor and control project costs, including budgeting and forecasting
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, including scheduling and budgeting risks
  • Develop and implement project quality control processes
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
Requirements:
  • BS in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering
  • 15+ years of engineering experience, including project management
  • Supervision experience, including leading and managing teams
  • Proficient in Microsoft Project and other project management tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of general project operations and project management principles
Preferred Qualifications:
  • PMP certified
  • Masters in Engineering or MBA
