About the Role:This is a full-time position that requires a current state RN license and an associate's or bachelor's degree from an accredited nursing school. The ideal candidate will have 3 years of experience in acute care as a Professional Nurse or RN experience with significant acute care hospital Case Management experience.
Responsibilities:- Utilize specialized plan-of-care intervention to provide exceptional patient care
- Serve as a patient-care innovator, shaping exceptional patient journeys every day
