Additional Responsibilities:

  • Comply with all policies and procedures set forth by Whitsons Culinary Group.
  • Support the mission and objectives of Whitsons through dedicated service.
  • Meet all mandated food safety certification requirements.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

  • Regularly required to sit, walk, talk, and hear.
  • Utilize hands and fingers to handle objects, tools, or controls and reach with arms.
  • Stand for extended periods and walk frequently throughout the workday.
  • Lift and/or move items weighing up to 40 pounds, occasionally turning while lifting.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent is required. Previous experience in food service is essential.

  • Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
  • Capable of meeting extensive physical demands, including lifting, bending, pushing, and pulling.
  • Exposure to varying temperatures due to cooking and refrigeration processes.
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor; teamwork is essential.
  • Ability to lift between 30-50 pounds as needed.
  • Basic reading and writing skills in English.
  • Must successfully pass background checks as required.
