Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse Case Manager to join our team at Tenet Healthcare Corporation. As a Registered Nurse Case Manager, you will be responsible for utilizing your expertise to ensure the efficient and effective management of patient care in our trauma center.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients to identify their medical and social needs
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care
  • Manage patient flow and bed utilization to optimize resource allocation
  • Monitor and report on patient outcomes and quality metrics

Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited Registered Nurse program
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of practice
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • At least 2 years of experience in a hospital setting, preferably in a trauma center
