Spherion is seeking a Logistics and Business Growth Manager for a client in the manufacturing sector.
This organization focuses on innovative solutions for material cost efficiency.
In this position, you will be tasked with generating and nurturing sales relationships with both new and existing customers.
Your role will involve identifying and pursuing new business opportunities where you can implement effective cost-saving strategies for potential clients.
You will excel in developing and executing sales strategies tailored to the needs of current and prospective customers. Experience in the manufacturing sector is advantageous.Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the main liaison for clients and suppliers, delivering tailored cost-saving solutions.
- Engage with client leadership, management teams, purchasing departments, and engineering groups as necessary for sales initiatives.
- Build rapport with clients to gain insights into their capabilities and resources.
- Support clients in achieving cost reductions by developing customized solutions that meet their specific requirements.
- Forecast and execute client list management effectively.

Education:
Bachelor's Degree
Experience:
4-7 years
Qualifications:
-3-5 years of experience in a sales-focused role
- Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Negotiation skills
- Project Management and/or Industrial Purchasing experience is a plus
- Customer Relationship Management experience
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
