  • Maintain awareness of current events and public affairs, developing a comprehensive understanding of how they may pose risks to the organization or its users from various perspectives including product, policy, or enforcement.
  • Evaluate high-distribution content to determine compliance with risk criteria established by Project Managers and Policy guidelines.
  • Establish risk parameters and conduct research, investigations, and assessments from concept to execution.
  • Prioritize significant and ongoing risks to inform product development solutions.
  • Investigate risky content to identify underlying themes through both qualitative and quantitative analysis, providing detailed postmortem risk assessments and sharing findings to enhance processes and policies.
  • Effectively communicate investigation results and analyses to Risk Project Managers, Surface Product teams, policy makers, and cross-functional teams to guide risk mitigation strategies.
  • Act as a user advocate by highlighting persistent risk themes to product, policy, and operations teams.
  • Address sensitive content issues, including offensive imagery, language, or other controversial materials.

Additional Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field such as consulting, strategy, operations, or analytics.
  • Strong background in quantitative data analysis, providing deep insights, modeling, and designing test plans.
  • Exceptional business judgment and critical thinking abilities, utilizing data to formulate strategies and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, particularly in conveying data and insights to sophisticated audiences.
  • Strong collaboration and leadership skills, fostering trust-based relationships with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience working effectively with diverse partners in a fast-paced, evolving environment with tight deadlines.
  • High energy and a positive attitude.
