At Life Care Center of Kirkland, we are committed to providing exceptional patient care and a positive work environment for our team members. As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our patients and contributing to our team's success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver quality nursing care to patients through interpersonal contact and provide care and services to allow patients to attain or maintain the highest practicable physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being.
- Monitor and report changes in patient condition, and assign duties, instruct, and provide clinical supervision to CNAs.
- Make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action, and knowledgeably and competently deliver quality nursing care to patients.
Requirements:
- Graduated from an accredited LPN program.
- Currently licensed/registered in applicable State, and maintain an active Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) license in good standing throughout employment.
- One (1) year skilled nursing experience preferred, and CPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation.
Benefits:
- Medical, dental, vision, disability, car insurance, pet insurance, 401(k), cell phone discounts, HSA, FSA, paid sick time, and tuition reimbursement.
- $5,000 sign-on bonus for all new full-time employees.
- Shift differential of $3.00 per hour for night/NOC shifts and $1.50 for evening shifts.
Wage:
Up to $39/hr.
