Established in 1989, Portnoff Law Associates, Ltd. is a reputable law firm specializing in the collection of unpaid real estate taxes and municipal utility fees. With a strong presence in Pennsylvania, the firm represents over 200 municipal clients across the state, operating from offices in King of Prussia, Allentown, and Aliquippa.

Key Responsibilities- Review high-volume files to determine the best course of action.
- Prepare high-volume correspondence within assigned timeframes, adhering to our standards.
- Understand and follow office policies to ensure compliance.
- Develop a strong understanding of client nuances.
- Respond to property owner inquiries, negotiate payment plans, and recommend hardship considerations in line with our firm's guidelines.
- Regular attendance at work is essential for this role.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Ability to work independently.
- Attention to detail in composing, typing, and proofing materials, as well as establishing priorities and meeting deadlines.
- Excellent organization, prioritization, and time management skills.
- Capacity to handle multiple priorities.
- Strong initiative, including effective follow-up skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while maintaining professional relationships with diverse individuals.
- Willingness to work overtime as required.
- Receptiveness to feedback at all levels.
- Demonstrated skills in poise, diplomacy, and tact.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word), Internet, and ability to learn Collection Partner (Hubbard).
- Dependability, strong work ethic, and personal integrity.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university. In the absence of a degree, 1-3 years of work experience in collections is required.
