About the Role

Razer is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Store Sales Associate to join our team. As the face of our brand, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and achieving key performance indicators (KPIs).

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet, assist, and recommend products to customers, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
  • Sales Performance: Drive sales through effective demonstrations, upselling, and cross-selling, meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
  • Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store, ensuring a welcoming environment for customers.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and promotions, providing expert advice to customers.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the team to achieve store goals, create a positive work environment, and support colleagues as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of retail sales experience, preferably in a gaming or electronics store.
  • Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills, with the ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge: Basic math and computer skills, knowledge of basic POS principles and cash handling, and a passion for gaming and knowledge of gaming products.
