Key Responsibilities
  • Vehicle Title Processing: Manage the re-titling process for vehicles within our branch, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Customer Support: Provide a range of support services to customers through various channels, including mail, phone, and in-person interactions.
  • Order and Assignment Management: Process orders, assignments, and enter data into our internal systems, maintaining accurate records.
  • Information Reference and Response: Respond to customer inquiries, provide pricing and delivery information, and set up new records.
  • Clerical and Administrative Tasks: Perform word processing, filing, and other related duties to support branch operations.
  • Auction Preparation: Assist with paperwork preparation for auction day, ensuring necessary approvals are secured.
