Work Arrangement: This position operates in a hybrid model, requiring presence at our Headquarters office for initial training. Following this period, the role will transition to a flexible schedule of 1-2 days per week in the office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver support and troubleshooting for a variety of devices, including desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and printers.
  • Resolve support inquiries promptly, ensuring a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Install and configure software applications for workstation deployment.
  • Assist with user account setup, including email, group memberships, and drive mappings.
  • Collaborate with systems, networking, and security teams to identify and resolve technical issues.
  • Guide users in adhering to established security protocols.
  • Contribute to the documentation and maintenance of departmental Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Evaluate and test new technologies for operational enhancements.
  • Monitor and report security incidents in accordance with the Incident Response procedures.
  • Participate in Disaster Recovery planning and execution.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Proficient in supporting Windows Desktop Operating Systems (Windows 10, Windows 11).
  • Experience with desktop, laptop, and mobile hardware support.
  • Basic knowledge of Windows Server and Active Directory.
  • Understanding of networking concepts, including DNS and DHCP.
  • Strong attention to detail and effective communication skills.
  • Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Five years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in a dynamic work environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Dependable, proactive, and capable of resolving issues independently.

Compensation: The salary range for this position is $56,500 - $106,800, reflecting your potential earnings with DealerOn for the duration of the role. Adjustments may occur based on experience, geographic location, and other job-related factors.
