Position Summary:
FedSync is on the lookout for a skilled Financial Analyst with substantial hands-on experience in customer service, debt management, accounts receivable, financial oversight, and debt recovery services tailored for federal and state entities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Reconcile customer accounts efficiently.
  • Identify issues and implement effective resolutions.
  • Address inquiries from customers and debtors promptly.
  • Communicate with customers regarding overdue accounts through various channels.
  • Facilitate negotiations for repayment agreements.
  • Record and reconcile financial transactions accurately.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of collections and the status of all customer accounts.
  • Exhibit meticulous attention to detail while thriving in a dynamic environment with tight deadlines.
  • Ensure the accuracy, timeliness, and thoroughness of all assigned tasks.
  • Perform additional administrative or technical duties as required.
Qualifications:
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts receivable, financial management, or debt recovery for federal or state organizations.
  • Proven ability to work under pressure and meet critical deadlines while delivering high-quality, detailed work.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; capable of preparing and delivering presentations.
  • Security Clearance Requirement: Preferred, with a completed background investigation within the last 4 years at Moderate Level 4 or higher.
