Job Title: General Manager of Clubs

Job Summary:

The General Manager of Clubs is responsible for overseeing the operations of our clubs, ensuring high standards of guest experience, safety, and financial performance. This role requires an experienced food and beverage leader who can coach and motivate their team to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand and execute all menus, product offerings, packaging, and pricing
  • Ensure all clubs concession areas have proper displays and merchandise
  • Execute security, safety, and sanitation standards
  • Provide operational planning to ensure adequate teaming levels and product ordering
  • Follow and execute preventative maintenance schedules
  • Hold team accountable to steps of service and deliver great guest service
  • Ensure show quality standards are maintained at all times
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, guests, subcontractors, and Levy team members
  • Regularly obtain feedback from clients and guests to improve operations
  • Respond and assist in any departmental guest service issues
  • Execute all menus, promotions, and programs as outlined by the Director of Clubs & Bars
  • Achieve daily sales and assigned cost goals
  • Achieve assigned budget goals
  • Follow and enforce responsible alcohol service policies
  • Effectively verify all opening and closing inventories
  • Execute required daily reporting in a timely manner
  • Ensure required department reports are completed and information is compiled at month-end closing
  • Ensure team members adhere to Levy Company guidelines
  • Forecast and adequately schedule team members to meet operational needs and desired targets
  • Ensure proper cash handling procedures are being performed
  • Ensure assigned areas are fully stocked and ready for operation
  • Ensure complete maintenance and on-site training of the current POS system and concession equipment
  • Conduct regularly scheduled meetings to ensure lines of communication are open between management and team members
  • Interview, hire, train, and develop team members according to Levy guidelines

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of leadership experience in hospitality or retail
  • Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management is preferred
  • High level of computer literacy
  • Understanding of financial concepts
  • Passion for hospitality, food, and retail
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
