Job Title: Computed Tomography Radiation Technologist

Fusion Medical Staffing-Radiology is seeking a skilled Computed Tomography Radiation Technologist to join their team for a 13-week travel assignment in Boston, Massachusetts.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Radiation Technologist to work in our state-of-the-art facility. As a Computed Tomography Radiation Technologist, you will be responsible for operating CT scanners, preparing patients for procedures, and ensuring the highest level of patient care.

Responsibilities:
  • Operate CT scanners to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes
  • Prepare patients for procedures, including explaining the process and positioning them correctly
  • Monitor patients' responses to interventions and report outcomes to the healthcare team
  • Administer medications as ordered with appropriate documentation
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to infection control protocols
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
Requirements:
  • One to three years of experience as a Radiation Technologist
  • Certifications may be required for this position
  • Critical thinking, service excellence, and good interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to read and comprehend written instructions, follow verbal instructions, and use a computer
  • Physical abilities to remain in a stationary position, move about, and lift equipment
