Machine Operator Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Machine Operator to join our Washington State team. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for preparing shred carts for production needs, creating cart tags for seafood bite batches, and operating and running production equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare shred carts for production needs, including weighing carts and recording cart numbers and weight information
  • Create cart tags for seafood bite batches
  • Wash carts and prepare them for the next usage
  • Operate and run production equipment, acquiring proficiency through ongoing training
  • Strip product/ingredients as required
  • Ensure effective clean-up and sanitation of equipment, following Standard Operating Procedures
  • Train and assist team members
  • Work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and collaborate effectively with others
  • Maintain flexibility in work schedules to meet production needs
  • Perform any other duties as directed by the supervisor
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Machine Operator or in a similar role is preferred
  • Ability to operate and troubleshoot production equipment
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
  • Good physical stamina and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills
  • Basic computer skills for recording and documenting information
