Summer Conservation Program Instructor

The Trustees of Reservations is seeking a qualified instructor to join our summer conservation program at World's End in Hingham, MA. As an Instructor, you will be responsible for teaching environmental education programs and supervising a group of campers aged 5-10.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead nature-based educational programs and games for campers
  • Supervise and engage with campers during outdoor activities
  • Collaborate with other staff members to plan daily schedules and activities
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of campers

Eligibility Criteria

  • Bachelor's degree in education, environment, science, or related field (preferred)
  • Experience working with children aged 5-10 in an outdoor education setting
  • Knowledge of nature education and ability to share passion with children
  • Positive attitude and flexibility in a fast-paced summer environment
