Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Wildlife Conservation Technician to join our team as a Pest Control Specialist. This role will involve performing bird control services safely and according to company guidelines and standard practices.

Responsibilities
  • Perform bird control services on customer property, ensuring high-quality results and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Maintain good customer relations and foster long-term relationships with district offices and service customers.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Assist in training company colleagues on bird and bat applications, ensuring up-to-date knowledge and skills.
  • Participate in group meetings to develop innovative solutions for meeting and exceeding customer needs.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; certification in Aerial Work Platforms and Hilti power actuated equipment preferred.
  • Able to work at heights, climb structures, and navigate confined spaces.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including nights and weekends, with 75% travel requirement.
Compensation and Benefits

This is a full-time position with a base pay range of $22-$30 per hour. Travel expenses are covered by the company.
