Key Responsibilities:
- Perform root cause analysis to maximize equipment availability
- Establish and manage preventative maintenance initiatives
- Utilize analytical methods to enhance machinery performance

Essential Qualifications:
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel
- A minimum of an Associate's Degree coupled with at least 5 years of experience in production

- Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma principles, particularly with a focus on TPM, is advantageous
- Extensive knowledge of PLCs and control systems
- In-depth understanding of engineering concepts and practices
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of statistical techniques and variance analysis
- Detail-oriented with robust project management capabilities
- Demonstrated expertise in TPM, SMED, 5S, and OEE metrics
- Competitive salary based on experience ($100k-$130k)
