Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the daily operations of the Sanitation Department, including budgeting and cost control.
  • Supervise and train employees in the Sanitation Department, including conducting performance evaluations and addressing any issues or concerns.
  • Ensure all equipment and facilities are properly maintained and functioning within safety and regulatory standards.
  • Develop and implement biosecurity procedures to prevent the spread of disease and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and achieve company goals.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a manufacturing or facilities management setting.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train employees.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
Working Environment

The Sanitation Supervisor will work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, with regular exposure to cleaning chemicals and equipment. The ability to lift up to 20 pounds and stand for long periods is required.
