Job Description

The Dining Services Director will be responsible for providing support to Restaurant General Managers in day-to-day operations and overall success of our dining outlets. This role requires collaboration with various departments, including Food & Beverage, Events, and Culinary, to manage daily operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide mentorship and operational support to General Managers.
  • Work with department scheduling managers to ensure all restaurant operations are adequately staffed.
  • Ensure payroll reports are submitted correctly and in a timely fashion.
  • Actively assist in the recruitment, interview, and hiring process of all F&B restaurant associates and managers.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure their F&B needs are met.
  • Engage with Events department to coordinate overall F&B participation in special and member events.
  • Oversee all departmental staff communication to ensure that information is efficiently accessed by all.
